ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Manager for Erik Simonis State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer conversations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and our agency. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services with every interaction. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.   • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Goals surrounding activity and sales.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Experience managing customer relationships is preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
  • Able to make outbound sales calls
  • Able to work in a sales organization with goals
  • Required to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Required to obtain Life and Health License
  • Bilingual Spanish

Compensation $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
