We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Representative to join our team and help us foster strong relationships with our clients.Position OverviewAs a Customer Relations Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and building lasting relationships with our customers. You will work closely with the State Farm Agent and their team to ensure that all customer inquiries, concerns, and needs are addressed promptly and effectively. Your primary goal will be to create a positive and welcoming environment that reflects the values of State Farm while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer Engagement Serve as the first point of contact for customers, welcoming them to the agency and ensuring they receive outstanding service.
  • Relationship Building Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance and financial needs, providing personalized solutions.
  • Problem Resolution Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, resolving issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-Up Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on their experience with our services.
  • Sales Support Assist the agent in identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products and services.
  • Team Collaboration Work closely with the agent and team members to develop and implement customer service strategies that align with the agency's goals.
  • Administrative Duties Perform administrative tasks related to customer accounts, including data entry, record keeping, and policy renewals.
  • Community Engagement Participate in community events and initiatives to promote the agency and foster relationships within the community.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus; required to obtain necessary licenses.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
